You may attend one of the classes listed above on this flyer, or you may fulfill your annual obligation online.
1. Go to

2. At the top of the page, click on “My Obligations”
3. Complete your First and Last Name and Address (note: if you have moved recently, please enter your OLD address to find your record. You will update the information on the next screen.)
4. Click “Search”
5. After you update and confirm your information, please click on one of these classes: Safeguarding Our Seniors Slavery Out of the Shadows, or The Little Voice
6. After making your selection, you will see the instructions you need to follow in order to receive credit for the class
7. WHEN YOU SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETE THE TRAINING, A CERTIFICATE IS AUTOMATICALLY

New Volunteers
We strongly encourage you to begin the Safe Environment clearance process online. On the web, you can complete required initial information: your Screening Form, acknowledgement of policies, and the first of what we hope will be many annual trainings. 1. Go to https://dallas.setanet.org/

2. In the bottom section, click on “New volunteers and employees, please fill out and submit our Screening Form”. https://dallas.setanet.org/screening.php 3. Fill in the Screening Form in its entirety – it will be forwarded to Pastoral Ministry offices, where we will verify your references, and contact you to set an appointment for a face-to-face interview.
4. After you complete the Screening Form, you should be directed to a page listing available training classes, please select: ***Recognizing, Responding and Reporting Abuse*** ***This is a Foundation Class that all NEW volunteers MUST complete.
5. After making your selection, you will see the instructions you need to follow in order to receive training credit.
6. WHEN YOU COMPLETE THIS TRAINING, A CERTIFICATE IS AUTOMATICALLY SENT TO OUR PASTORAL MINISTRY OFFICES

5. Cuando actualice y confirme su información, asegúrese de seleccionar la Lengua Preferida en la sección “Other Info”. Después de seleccionar “Update and Continue” en la parte inferior, la página siguiente muestra una lista de clases. Para idioma español, por favor haga clic en: Spanish Sexual Abuse Awareness Training o Reconocido, Respondiendo y Respondiendo
6. Después de hacer su selección, verá las instrucciones que debe seguir para recibir crédito por la clase

Le recomendamos encarecidamente que comience el proceso de autorización de Ambiente Seguro en línea. En la web, puede completar la información inicial requerida: su Formulario de Evaluación, reconocimiento de pólizas y la primera de las que esperamos sean muchas entrenamientos anuales.
1. Ir a https://dallas.setanet.org/

2. Completa el Formulario de Evaluación en totalidad: se enviará a nuestra Oficina del Ministerio Pastoral, donde verificaremos sus referencias y nos comunicaremos con usted para programar una cita para una entrevista cara a cara.
3. Después de completar el Formulario de Evaluación, se lo dirigirá a una página que enumera las clases de entrenamiento disponibles. Por favor seleccione solo: *** Reconocido, Respondiendo y Respondiendo *** ***Esta es una clase básica que todos los NUEVOS voluntarios DEBEN completar.
4. Después de hacer su selección, verá las instrucciones que debe seguir para recibir crédito por la clase.
5. CUANDO COMPLETA CON ÉXITO LA ENTRENAMIENTO, SE ENVÍA AUTOMÁTICAMENTE UN CERTIFICADO A NUESTRA OFICINA DEL MINISTERIO PASTORAL.
